A few years ago my wife and I inherited the house next door to us. This meant that we were in the situation of owning two houses with a shared pool. The inherited house was put up for sale and we experienced great difficulty in selling the property as no-one wanted to have a shared facility. It also meant we had to maintain and pay the utilities for two properties. Renting was not an option.

We made contact with Spanish Life Properties and after and in depth consultation with Kellie from SLP it was decided that both properties would be sold together. Quite a task I thought. We were not wrong. However, after many months SLP came up trumps with a buyer with a deposit. During all this time of waiting we were able to call into the office at any time and speak with Kellie and Mark who, in a friendly and informal manner. The important thing for us was feedback which was freely given together with suitable advice. Nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you Kellie and Mark for all your assistance, open opinions and of course for getting us a purchaser. We can now get back to normal.
